Over three intense days, you'll be making bread, pizza, and a host of sweet treats to take home. Get to grips with pastry and decorate your own celebration cake. This course is hands-on, busy and rewarding. You will pick up great tips and tricks to ensure your cakes rise and your pastry is perfection! You might like to bring a plastic tub or cake tin to take home your creations.
