Come and enjoy and learn the rich traditional cookery of China. Our tutor will share traditional methods as well as modern techniques, of one of the oldest and most diverse culinary traditions in the world.

Expect to learn such tasty dishes as baked chicken wings and fried tofu, chicken adobo and rice, a traditional Chow Mein and round of that stunning menu with delicious Chinese custard tarts. Bring a container to take home your tasty treats.
