Our fully accredited Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety course is ideal for anyone who is thinking of starting out in catering, in an established kitchen or starting your own enterprise where you will be involved in handling or preparing food.

Each day will be a mix of theory and practical cookery. Throughout the week you'll work through the theory of essential food safety principles, including hygiene, temperature control, storage, and cleaning, ensuring safe practices and legal compliance as well as take part in daily cooking exercises. Having completed the course, you will be able to sit the on-line exam on Friday to get your industry recognised, Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety certificate.
