This course is open to all abilities, whatever your level - beginner or advanced.

You will be working with British Gymnastic routines from basic to a more advanced level for those with previous experience. You will get creative and build on more daring routines as your skills improve. So, get ready to flip, do back somersaults and enjoy a summer of trampolining!
