This personal safety awareness course for young women will develop your self-defence skills to help you be more street-smart and aware of your surroundings.

Learn and practice a range of easy-to-remember and highly effective defence techniques, which will make you feel more confident in potentially threatening situations. You will learn about assertiveness, dealing with aggression, and how to identify and avoid risky situations. Leave feeling confident and empowered.
