This women-only boxing class is taught by a female instructor.

Give this a go! - it's a fantastic and fun way to keep fit and feel strong. Our specialist tutor will take you through traditional warm-up techniques and a great training programme. You will learn correct postures, poses, footwork and punches. No previous boxing knowledge or experience needed.
