Artist Development Programme: Lyric Lab

Are you a writer, rapper, song-writer, spoken word artist or poet? Or are you at the start of your journey and would like to try writing in one of these forms?

Whichever it is, this is for you! This course will combine writing sessions & artistic book-making sessions to help you develop your own unique style and get your ideas on the page. Artists from London and New York will lead the sessions and you will learn from their writing styles to support you in developing your own artistic voice. You will leave with your own 'lyric book' which you can bring to our Recording Lab the following week. Please note: You will be contacted by a member of the WAC team a week before the course, to find out about your specific interests and skills as well as any additional needs you might have, so that we can make sure you have the most positive experience possible. Want to record your songs or rhymes in the studio? Then sign up for our Recording Lab, course 19ADR3. Then if you want to turn your work into a professional music video, come along to our Video Lab by signing up for course 19ADVL4.
