Public Speaking

Do you want to learn how to make people hang on to your every word when you speak?

To fill a room and capture the attention of those within it with your words? To explain yourself clearly, engagingly and persuasively? Then come along to this two-day course, where you will explore the ins and outs of public speaking, develop skills in expressing your thoughts and ideas, and practice how to hold people's attention when you speak. At the end of the course, you will be ready to take to any stage, to speak confidently on camera and on any content, you make for social media, and to express yourself in a way that means people listen! Those attending the course will also get the opportunity to present Camden Summer University's end of summer film show, which will be held on Friday 22 August at Acland Burghley School. If you want to build up your confidence, this course is for you, if you want to perfect your powers of persuasion, this course is for you; if you want to stand up, be heard and learn how to change the world with your words, then this course is for you. Your voice is your most powerful tool - sign up and master your ability to use it!
