Women's boxing non-contact


A great opportunity to get the gloves on and learn the skills and techniques involved in boxing.

Our tutor will go through body conditioning and strength-building exercises as well as warm-ups. This is a non-contact class using gloves and pads and a great training programme to learn correct postures, poses, footwork and punches. This is a fantastic way of keeping fit too and there's no need for previous boxing knowledge or experience.
